Polyester Fibers serves the bedding market with a broad array of products for different applications including quilt fiber, plain and fire retardant (FR) border fiber, filling fiber and insulator pads. These products are used in mattresses and box-springs. Polyester Fibers complies with the safety standards required for the production of flame retardant bedding, making us one of a limited number of manufacturers of nonwoven bedding materials that can produce these products. Plus, we are the only company currently using inherently treated fibers as well as a proprietary FR additive which creates an added layer of protection. Our customers are bedding suppliers, mattress fabricators and federal and state institutions, which include some of the largest and most recognized names in the bedding industry.

Craft
Polyester Fibers offers different lines of craft products, such as fiberfill, pillows, and batting for quilts, decorative pillows, pillow inserts, toys, and other products used by home crafters. The products are used by hand or machine quilters, and our products range from economical, easy to handle and needle, to luxury fibers. Due to our concern and awareness regarding environmentally safe products, Polyester Fibers has introduced the world's first man-made environmentally friendly, naturally based craft fibers. Fresh from American cornfields, our unique brand is based in the American heartland. We have created a complete line of eco friendly products, Eco-Craft™, which was first introduced to the market in 2006.

Filtration
Polyester Fibers produces unique filtration products, including patent-protected offerings, for the industrial, commercial and residential markets. Polyester Fibers is one of a few manufacturers that produce filtration media in multiple colors, which is desired by many filter companies. Its filtration products are sold to air-filter manufacturers and distributors, and in certain cases are ultimately sold through retailers throughout the world.

Furniture
Polyester Fibers’ products are used in furniture applications such as cushions, upholstery backing, spring wraps, and insulators, among others. We offer the upholstered-furniture market a wide range of high-loft nonwoven fibers used in the assembly of various pieces of furniture. These components and products are sold primarily to leading furniture manufacturers and component fabricators.

Industrial
Polyester Fibers produces industrial products that cover a wide variety of applications, each with unique specifications for a diverse market, such as automotive, appliance, industrial manufacturing and packaging materials. This end market, which is continually being redefined, includes such varied products as; upholstery, paneling, hood linings, trunk liners, molded trim, acoustical and noise abatement and absorbents.

Seasonal
Polyester Fibers offers a variety of seasonal products that will help you accentuate your Christmas and other seasonal decorations. Our products are made with the finest quality fiber materials, which are fire-retardant and hypo-allergenic. Polyester Fibers’ seasonal products include highly recognized brands sold through retail channels including mass merchants, chain craft stores, and independents.
