Under new owners and leadership, Polyester Fibers is re-focused, re-energized and re-committed to expanding its market reach, and thereby continuing to re-assert itself as the market leader.

Our company is comprised of 5 divisions, with an operational footprint that extends across the U.S. and abroad. Markets currently served include upholstered furniture, bedding, automotive, filtration, craft, seasonal, aviation, appliance, and other specialized industrial markets. Applications and performance characteristics include acoustical, moldable profiles, air purification, insulators, decoupling, structural fillers, fire retardant, decoration, and many more customer-specific solutions.

Polyester Fibers, LLC is the largest and most flexible manufacturer and distributor of value-added, high-loft nonwoven materials for the bedding, furniture, filtration, craft, and seasonal markets in the United States. The company is comprised of 5 operating units: Tupelo Fibers, Cameo Fibers, Cumulus Fibres, Mountain Mist and Buffalo Batt. The company operates 9 plants with more than 450 employees, in addition to a world-wide network of associates and affiliates that allows us to serve thousands of customers in the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Polyester Fibers utilizes various technologies such as: thermal bond, spray bond, saturate bond, needlepunch, carded batting, and air lay web formation, throughout our strategically located and flexible production facilities to produce custom components and products that meet stringent performance attributes required by our customers. One of the company’s greatest assets is the diversity of the end markets we serve. This reduces our reliance upon any particular sector and insulates our financial performance from changing conditions in any particular market.
